2. Products and descriptions

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes and prices are accurate.

Product packaging, colour or appearance may vary slightly. Fragrance performance can also vary depending on skin chemistry, climate and individual use.

Our products are designer-inspired, independent fragrances. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the original brands, trademark owners or manufacturers.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.

Applicable delivery charges and available payment options are shown at checkout. Full payment is required before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update product pricing before an order is accepted.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

We may contact you if further information is needed to process an order. We may cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been received, we will communicate the next steps with you.

5. Delivery

We use local courier partners to deliver orders across South Africa.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on the delivery area, stock availability, public holidays and courier operations. Tracking details will be sent once an order has been dispatched where available.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing an order.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Product care and skin sensitivity

We recommend performing a patch test before full use. Stop using the product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate advice where necessary.

You are responsible for using products according to the product information and instructions supplied.
