Because fragrance is a personal and sensitive product, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards while ensuring fair solutions if there is a problem with your order.
By purchasing from Fresh Fragrance Collections, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:
The item received is damaged during shipping
The item received is incorrect
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product arrives leaking or broken
To be eligible for a return:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
The item must be returned with all original components
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Used perfume oils
Opened fragrance bottles
Products that have been altered or tampered with
Clearance or promotional items
Gift cards or vouchers
Orders returned without prior approval
Because fragrance reacts differently with individual skin chemistry, personal scent preference is not considered a valid reason for return.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please send:
Your order number
A clear photo of the product
A photo of the packaging
A description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement product
A store credit
A partial or full refund
The resolution will depend on the condition and circumstances of the order.
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by Fresh Fragrance Collections
If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit instead.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products.
However, if your product arrived damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item with the correct one at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
If the issue was caused by our error, we will cover the return shipping cost
Items must be securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit
Fresh Fragrance Collections is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
8. Quality Assurance
Every fragrance sold by Fresh Fragrance Collections undergoes quality checks before shipping. Our oil-based perfumes are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and maintain fragrance integrity.
Because fragrance performance varies based on skin type, climate, and personal chemistry, longevity and scent projection may differ between individuals.
